The return of a vetran.  A few years ago, a team by the name of Insanity racing led by Chad Legeyt roared its way onto the circuit.  Pure Insanity and Monster Patrol, two great trucks and a great season led to the crowning of a champion in the first season of the mtu.  As time would have it, chad went back to work for the family construction business and left the monsters for a few years to help tend to the family business.  Well, this vetran racer was still a fan and that racing bug was still inside.  On weekends Chad would sit in the garage with his computer working for hours on a new truck.  Just ideas at first.  New tricks and technology that he had come accross.  Since Chad had sold his previous two trucks, Monster Patrol to Paul Shaffer, and Pure Insanity to Michael Elmendorf, who curently runs the truck under the Insanity name.  Chad new that the trucks were in good hands and would compete hard.  The feeling got bigger each week and he decided to build again.  It took about a year and the SUPER TROOPER was born.  A 2006 Chevrolet Silveraldo, with plenty of horsepower to run with the best of them.  Chad is coming back.  Season 3 of the PTC will mark the fulltime return of Chad LeGeyt, Cal23 Motorsports, and THE SUPER TROOPER.  Chad will attempt to qaulify the Super Trooper this season at a few races to try and get the bugs worked out and to be prepared to contend for the championship.  A special thanks goes out to all the fellow drivers and the fans.  A sport I truly love, and a great group of guys has led me back from a long journey away.  Lets go racing....
